Who we are

Index Group (CNPJ 55.067.559/0001-20) is a software house with an office at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811, Esc. 1119, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo – SP, 01452-001, Brazil. Index Group decides how the data received through this website is used, which makes it the data controller under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

What we receive

When you request a quote: your name, WhatsApp number, e-mail, the type of project and your answers in the form (whether you already have a logo, domain and hosting, or the system summary, integrations and budget range), plus the page the request was sent from.

When you talk to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail: whatever you write in the conversation.

While you browse: usage data measured by Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate city. If you arrive through a Google ad, your browser keeps a campaign code for 30 days, which is sent along with your request.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare the proposal and talk about the project. And, in aggregate, to understand which pages and ads bring contacts and to improve the website. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

Request data is used to handle a request from you before a possible contract (art. 7, V, LGPD). Browsing data is used based on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website (art. 7, IX).

Who we share it with

WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to send your request or talk to us there. The conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Google: Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure visits and ads.

The website’s fonts and icons load from external services (Google Fonts and Cloudflare), which receive the visitor’s IP address to deliver those files.

The website and our e-mail run on our own server. Some of these services store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards set out in art. 33 of the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or by an authority.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits, and browser storage to remember for 30 days whether you arrived through an ad. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and the website will keep working.

How long we keep it

While the conversation or proposal is ongoing and, if it becomes a project, for the length of the contract. After that, we keep only what is needed to meet legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for confirmation that we hold your data, access to it, correction, deletion, portability and information about who it was shared with, and you can withdraw any consent given (art. 18, LGPD). Just write to faleconosco@indexgroup.com.br. We reply within 15 days.

Security

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and access to the data we receive is restricted to our team.
